Shipping & Return
New Zealand
We currently only supply to New Zealand addresses. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
Order processing times will take between 1-3 business days for all items. Please allow additional 2 days on sale dates and busy period.
Once dispatched, your order may arrive within 1-3 business days. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping time due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control.
Australia
Any orders for Australia, needs to be made via Facebook messenger. Your orders will be served by our associate businesses:
- Margustine Jewels, based in Goldcoast or
- RG Jewelries, based in Canberra.
Returns
If any jewelleries are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide remedy. Please inspect your jewelleries as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The jewelleries to be returned must be free of any signs of wear and must be in the condition you received them.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully before completing your order.
